Preparations
Zumo De Physalis
- 50 g Physalis
- 50 g Water
Mix both ingredients. Strain.
Lemon Verbena Syrup
- 250 g Water
- 10 g Lemon verbena
- 100 g White sugar
Boil the water. Add the lemon verbena. Cover and let cool. Sieve and weigh 100 g tea. Add the sugar and boil it once again. Cool.
Assembly
- 45 ml Gin
- 50 ml Physalis juice
- 20 ml Lemon verbena syrup
- 15 ml Lime juice
Mix all the ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain in a glass.
