For this preparation it’s better to use the slightly sweeter pointed bell pepper (cook in an oven at 200°C or on the barbecue or is also ready for sale). Peel and cut into smaller pieces. The common red bell pepper has a slightly greener flavor and is less suitable for the cheese and the beer.
