The national cocktail of Brazil enjoying a high reputation both at home and abroad. Why not give it an extra twist by adding raspberry?
Preparations (6persons)
- 3 Lime
- 6 bar spoon Cane sugar
- 270 ml Cachaça
- 35 Raspberries
Cut the lime in 6 pieces. Put in a glass (preferably Old Fashion glass). Add the sugar and crush to release the juice from the lime. Put in the raspberries and crush. Fill the glass with crushed ice and add the cachaça. Stir.
